When will my order be delivered?
You can track your shipment by filling in the AWB number provided to you over mail at this link http://www.shiprocket.com/. In case of any questions you can write to us at info@bhairavijaikishan.com
What are the international courier charges?
International courier charged at ₹3000 FLAT for all locations. Any custom clearance duty/penalties hace to be borne by the customer.
When will my custom-made order be delivered?
Custom-made Jewellery will take at least 30-40 working days from the date of purchase.
Do we provide CASH ON DELIVERY service?
Yes we have COD service with a flat rate of rs 150/-
What can I return?
We do not have an Exchange/ Return unless the product received by you is damaged.
Where do I send my return/refunds?
If damaged, the jewellery piece has to be sent to the following address clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the Putstyle order # number. We Do not provide Pick-up service, hence the order needs to be self-shipped in case of an exchange/replacement. The sender has to bear the returns shipping cost. Tracking details have to be shared within 48 hours. We do not do refunds.
